What happens to my order? Every order goes through Four Basic Stages from start to finish:

Do you have any kind of guarantee? Our products are covered by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee (less original shipping charges) to be free from defect upon pick up/arrival. If items are defective or the order is incorrect (due to our error), please contact us immediately!
How will I know what the colors will look like? Due to the complexities and variances of printing and vinyls, colors are approximations and carry no guarantee; However, choosing Pantone colors helps to limit variances and increase accuracy. You can give us your Pantone colors when you order or stop by our office and choose colors from our color samples.
What is the best format for graphics? We can print from a variety of files (jpeg, tiff, png, ai, eps, pdf, ps, dxf--not gif's). Die-cut graphics require Vector images (paths, instead of pixels--ai, eps, pdf, dxf). Note: Vector files have to be designed as paths/outlines (e.g. A bitmap image (jpeg, tiff, etc.) cannot be resaved in a vector format (eps, pdf, etc.) and be cuttable). It must be vectorized (traced and saved as paths/outlines). Vectorizing services are available for a nominal fee, based on artwork quality.
Is graphic editing free? We include 15 minutes of free editing/set up for orders. Advanced editing will be billed at the current hourly design rate. Customers will be contacted for approval in the event that the total price requires adjustment due to the need for design or editing services.
